Sidescan

The sidescan gallery includes examples of the processing stages for sidescan data and the effects on a final mosaic. The first three images show a portion of a sidescan line in its raw form, after slant range correction, and after beam correction.

The final two images are mosaics of multiple sidescan lines. The first mosaic was assembled with raw, uncorrected data. The second mosaic was assembled with slant range and beam corrected data.
